Co-owners, cousins, and Orange County natives, Jacob La Clair and Aaron Bondurant started Form and Focus Landscape in 2015. Bringing integrity, ingenuity, and good old-fashioned hard work, their business grew quickly and beyond their dreams. This is a story of two salt-of-the-earth guys with growing families running with the American dream.

Aaron Bondurant, co-owner

Aaron’s role in Form and Focus is primarily project management. With a 27-year career in construction, he has worked in multiple capacities from a safety coordinator of large corporate sites to a finish carpenter focusing on the fine details, to an estimator who read plans and identified the tools and materials needed down to a single nail for 400-unit apartment buildings. Outside of his career, Aaron is an outdoorsman who loves fishing, camping, surfing, and gardening. He is a man of faith, an adoring daddy, and a dedicated husband.

Jacob La Clair, co-owner

When you inquire with Form and Focus Landscape, most likely it will be Jacob you talk to and who will visit your property. Jacob, a Marine Corps veteran, has a B.A. in Business Marketing and background managing a building material yard. Through his experience managing the yard, he became qualified in yard and feature layouts and quality material selection. When Jacob is not working you can find him hanging out with his wife and two boys, camping, fishing, and maybe catching a baseball game. He is a man of faith and a devoted family man.
